This text describes what happens in the local prototype. It is not the final privacy notice for real enquiries.

What we have checked

How this version works

The collaboration form asks for a name, optional organization, email address and message. The interface checks these fields in the browser and keeps their values if you need to correct them.

This demonstration does not submit requests, store messages or configure an email provider. The form’s accepted and failed states are simulated in the browser.

Prototype images and visual sources load from the addresses shown in the code and credits. Before publication, the project must confirm original files, authorship, permissions and third-party configuration.

Before real contact

The project still needs to make these decisions

Who will be responsible for handling personal data and who will receive enquiries.
The purpose and legal basis for contact, how long data will be kept, and how people can make requests.
Which provider, security measures, analytics tools or cookies will be used, if any.
The final notice and legal review before submissions are enabled.
